I have been a customer for yea... I have been a customer for years and keep returning because of their honesty and straightforwardness. I know when Todd's says my vehicle needs service, it really does.

Revived my Odyssey in 24 short hours. Fixed ignition problem, changed all fluids, serviced rear brakes, and more. No delays, no excuses. Called several times to explain what needed to be done, why, and what my cost options were. This was the fastest, pain free experience I've ever had with any mechanic. No I did shop this job around and cannot comment on Todd's pricing. But I've found the low bid to be the slowww bid in the past, and would rather pay more to get my car back sooner

I acquired my Honda Accord in 2010, and have trusted it to Todd's ever since. I have found them to be honest about the services my car needs, thorough in their explanations, and proactive in telling me what repairs should be tended to at the time and what I may hold-off on for a few weeks or months. My family owns 5 Honda's among 3 households, and we are all clients of Todd's. They definitely know how to service and maintain Japanese vehicles, their shop is extremely clean, and staff is professional and courteous. I don't understand the reviewer who complained about paying to have his car diagnosed. When I go to my doctor with a medical complaint, I expect to pay for his time and knowledge to diagnose the problem. Automotive repair should be no different - they are extending a service based on their years of training and experience, and it's a business. I have only positive remarks for Todd's Import Automotive and recommend them without hesitation.

I have been going to Todds for about 4 years. 3 years with a 98 accord and 1 year with an 03' murano. Todd does a great job of explaining things. I have complete trust in this shop. The first 3 years I came here, I never once stepped foot in the shop or met anyone face to face. I always dropped my car off after hours and picked up after hours. Only ever dealt with them over the phone. Still had complete trust in them. When I was looking to buy my Murano, I turned to Todd for advice. He knew the things I needed to pay attention to. Made me a more confident buyer when I found the car I wanted. All in all, a good mechanic.

We took our 1997 Honda Accord here to replace the oxygen sensor (the more expensive on of the two). Up until recently, we often went to Santa Monica Honda for our repairs. So his prices were not a shock, but I am used to independent shops charging significantly less than the dealers. Todd's prices are very close to dealer prices. Like the dealers, he does use the best replacement parts. Todd is very courteous, informative, and professional. We were very satisfied with his work. (However, I'm still going to look around for better price next time.)
