Todd's Automotive in Lake Oswego provided the BEST experience we have ever had when it comes to navigating the world of auto maintenance and repair! The guys in the front office were thorough, professional, knowledgable and honest. Working with them was a pleasure from start to finish. The work that our Toyota needed was done in the timeframe they promised and for a price lower than we were originally quoted. They even offered a me a ride home. Overall the pairing of fabulous customer service with top rate technicians makes Todd's in Lake Oswego a win-win. We wouldn't consider going anywhere else after our experiences with them.

Glenn went above and beyond to repair my son's vehicle at college. He was willing to drive an hour to pick up my son's car, repair it, and bring it back to him. That is phenomenal customer service. He won this customer for life!

Car died, got towed to Todd’s. Diagnosed as dead alternator. Gave choices of new or remanufactured, explained prices and benefits of each. I directed them to proceed with the work. It was ready when promised at the stated price. Couldn’t be happier

I called Todd's about a bearing that needed to be replaced, and by the next morning my car was in, completed under time and for the cost I was quoted. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Been using Todd's to service my Lexus for 10 years. Been very happy with his integrity and level of service. He has recently taken a less active role. Haven't seen a change in service yet.
