I recently relocated from out of state and was concerned trying to find a new mechanic but after reading all the great reviews I scheduled my appointment with Todd's. I had previously been informed of some costly repairs that needed to be done but I wanted a second opinion, and I am so glad I went to Todd's. When I arrived, I was greeted by Glen and he explained everything they would be inspecting. I was offered a loaner car, which I really appreciated. Glen contacted me timely with an update on the findings and what the best option was moving forward. He ended up saving me over $2,700.00 in repairs, which shows a tremendous amount of integrity and ethics, which is hard to find these days. I was new from out of town, they could have easily gone with the previous diagnoses and made a great deal of money but that was not what they did. They inspected my car and found a better solution to the problem. I will always take my car to Todd's and can't thank Glen and John enough for their kindness and trust.

Jim and his team diagnosed the fixes my car needed, had it scheduled and the work completed before other shops could even get me in for an estimate. I was notified of one short delay, and as work progressed to completion. Great experience and fair pricing, glad Todd’s is in the neighborhood.

Outstanding! Both my son and I take our Honda Elements there for service. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and very well informed. The price is fair and the job is complete. They were able to fit me in do to a long unexpected road trip that came up. Last thing, is trust. I truly trust Todd’s automotive.

I came to Todd's Automotive at the recommendation of Fastlane Oil Change due to a burning oil smell in my car. I first took it to a dealership who quoted me at over $1200 for parts, labor, and repair after a $135 diagnostic fee. Jim with Todd's was able to get this reduced to just only the essential parts for $610. Additionally, when I my car began smoking afterwards due to a new faulty valve gasket, they replaced this and gave me a loaner car at no additional cost! I will always return here for any automotive need. They are great and very kind people who take the time to physically show and explain to you the problem. Thanks guys!

I took my car to Todd's Automotive a couple weeks ago for the first time and was very impressed with the service and pricing. Jim the manager was especially helpful with explaining the details of the repairs and reducing some of the cost with their coupons. My car is running great and I will be going back in the future. I loved the fact that they had loaner cars too.

First time customer, very impressed. Got an oil change plus full inspection with a detailed report of issues and potential issues down the road. They included photos of some things, like near burnt out spark plugs (133K miles). Fair pricing and good service. I definitely recommend anyone to give them a try and see what they think, meaning I think they're great and think you will agree! :)

Todd's Automotive in Lake Oswego provided the BEST experience we have ever had when it comes to navigating the world of auto maintenance and repair! The guys in the front office were thorough, professional, knowledgable and honest. Working with them was a pleasure from start to finish. The work that our Toyota needed was done in the timeframe they promised and for a price lower than we were originally quoted. They even offered a me a ride home. Overall the pairing of fabulous customer service with top rate technicians makes Todd's in Lake Oswego a win-win. We wouldn't consider going anywhere else after our experiences with them.

Glenn went above and beyond to repair my son's vehicle at college. He was willing to drive an hour to pick up my son's car, repair it, and bring it back to him. That is phenomenal customer service. He won this customer for life!
